Streamlined Compliance Reporting with Attestly API
In our latest platform enhancement, we've rolled out a new version of the Attestly API that empowers developers to automate and streamline their compliance reporting. This update introduces new endpoints for generating comprehensive compliance reports on-demand, fetching real-time audit trails, and integrating Attestly's verification capabilities directly into your CI/CD pipeline. The goal is to make continuous compliance a seamless part of your development lifecycle, reducing manual overhead and ensuring that your services are always audit-ready. We believe this will be a game-changer for teams practicing DevOps and will help in embedding compliance into the core of their operations.

Navigating the EU AI Act: A Look at the New Timelines
The compliance landscape for artificial intelligence in Europe is taking shape with the finalization of the EU AI Act. Originally anticipated to be enforced sooner, the implementation deadlines have been extended to provide organizations with more time to adapt. Key high-risk AI system (HRAIS) requirements are now set to be enforced by December 2, 2027 for stand-alone systems, with full application of all obligations for other systems by August 2, 2028. At Attestly, we are proactively updating our compliance tools to align with these new timelines. Our platform will guide you through the necessary steps to prepare for these regulations, ensuring that your AI systems meet the stringent requirements for transparency, safety, and fairness well ahead of the deadline. The AI Act also introduces new prohibitions on certain AI practices, such as social scoring and subliminal manipulation, and extends these to cover AI-generated intimate content. We are committed to helping our clients navigate these complex new rules.
